start at the O at top and work your way down. dont be too rough.

I just pulled the frame apart from the lense and it turned out fine

Don't bend the lens just bend the frame to fit around the lens

sometimes you have to file down the edge of the holes on the lens with a swiss army knife to get them to click in easily, just be real careful not to scratch the lens or over-do it
