Video Embed in Threads

Can you guys help me out? Whenever I try to get the code from youtube and then click on the video embed tab on the NS toolbar the code never converts to video. Any help? Im sure it is something easy, but I don't seem to be getting it. Thanks

remember to always use the embed code not the websites address, and previewing before replying always helps to minimize the fails.

Manage MY NS > Enable Fancy Editor [NO] > Save changes.

Go to video, copy embed code (if it's Vimeo, click "use the old embed code and copy that), paste the embed code into NS reply box. Click Preview to make sure it worked.

Quick Question. Since like 2 weeks ago the videos I embedded from YouTube were normal size when they were in my post. now when I embed, the video display comes up massive and you can only see like half of the video.

Any solutions?

double click old embed code on vimeo to embed on NS, Newschoolers doesn't like the new one for some reason :).

youtube is just copy-paste.

When you click the embed link on YouTube the option for box size comes up. Only the two all the way on the left (the two smallest) will allow the whole box in an NS window. HD videos won't even fit like 1/4 of the video box in an NS window.
