Good backcountry skis

im looking for a ski that will be good for powder days and steep stuff. I ski in new hampshire so i dont want something too fat for nh but something i can take out west and still be happy with it. Any suggestions???

I demoed the G3 saints last season and was reallly pleased with them maybe too fat for EC but I wouldn't know about that.  The new Volkl bc skis look pretty sweet too though haven't ridden them or talked to anyone who has ridden them.

older seths or kung fujas, salomon lords would work, volkls big mountain skis, some of blizzards stuff may be ok for pow. atomic blogs, armadas all mountain skis, just look around you will find stuff, basically every company makes a ski like that

Line Elizabeths. I use them as my all around ski, and in powder they are incredible! They are soft and flexy, and are great for park as well.

i wouldn't go so far to say incredible for pow, but yes lizzies were what I was thinking, I use them when my gaper friends wanna ride my fatties

do you want legit back country skis? black diamond makes some but they are strait tails or like the hell bents which are powder
