K2 Domain or Armada AR7??

Hi.

I can't decide which of the two skis i should buy. I am 184-185 cm, and 170 lb and i'm probaly going to take the 176cm Armada AR7 or the 179cm K2 Domain, i recon that the Armada 181cm might be to tall for me, when i'm not a pro.

Well i was hoping to here your opinion about, which ski i should choose. I do about 50% park and i am gonna choose the griffon 12 or STH 14 binding. If you could comment on the durability swell that would be nice, because i am hoping they can last some years.

I'm stuck between the same two skis.... bump for more answers cause Ive heard good things about both.

k2--> softer in the tip and tail, stiffer underfoot, rocker though. more playful, good for jibbing and buttering and stuff.....

armada--> stiffer throughout, not perfectly symetrical so its better for all mountain.. still a greatv park ski, derived from the all famous ar6. so a really good park/mountain ski

never skiied either, but ive been looking into both:/

The ar6's at least are mad durable, and with the ar7 they only added things to help the duribilty and the swing weight. So they have only got better. Hell my friend has ar5's from 05 that he still uses

Sorry accidentally posted early I was going to say that spinning is really easy and they rip all over mountain they are also very durable u should definately get them

I bought the domains and cracked an edge the 2nd time i used them. but i got another pair from K2 at trade price (this time i dulled the edges under foot). I love this ski only used it at a snow dome so far but they are so much fun, very light, responsive, just a great playfull ski.

Thanks for the comments, but i still have doubts and it goes back and forth. Though i think i am gonna go for the Armada AR7's, just because of their durability.

But what length of the ski 176cm og 181cm, if it's gonna be the Armada?? I'm 185cm and weigh 80kg / 170 lbs

I think my level of skiing might change your mind, forgot to tell that. I'm can ski all pistes, and do fine in the off-pist. But my park lvl is like a 360 of a blue jump, and the blue/red rails. Though i think i need the 181 for the off-pist as well as the pistes?

I'm looking into the armada ar7's and I was wondering what size would be good for me.. I'm about 130lbs and 5'8. I ski mostly rails when im in the park. My skiing is like this: 55%all mountain/45%park So I'm thinking 166cm but I could be wrong.... +k for help

K2's would be just as durable as the ar7 if not more, but i would go with the ar7. Armada ski's have got a good feel to them, very lively. I would go 181 and mount at -2.5 with the sth14.

i have the ar7's mounted with marker squires, and they too are the best skis i have ever had, super easy spins, and they are sooo light. i love them. bases are sick, durable as hell, idk ive always been an armada fan, but yeah you wont regret them

and by the way, im 5'6 and 140, and i have 171 ar7's and i think they're perfect. it all depends on your preference really

I'm getting ar7's! ahaha I have the same stats as this guy practically (op) im like 5'9 and 135, and i ordered the 171's.. I cant wait. the only thing is that I dont want to wreck them on rails. do you think its woth getting a cheap beat up jib ski, just to use in my bavkyard setup. and then use the ar7's for all mountain, and real parks?

K so I'm 5'9 130 lbs and was thinking of getting the ar7's in a 176 do you guys think that is too big but I'm also probably going to grow since I'm only 15
I am also a very good skier so i don't think that will be a problem for me. I have the dynastar distorter's in a 173 and they feel good what do you guys think ?

Yeah, definitely. 176 will be perfect for you. If you're skiing on a 173 now and your still growing then 3 cm more is just gonna be that much more stable. Doit
