As the title says, anyone have any expereince skiing with an ankle sprain?
Rolled it monday on the tramp, and I'm planning to go Sunday, day after our opening.
It's still a little swollen but can support weight and I can walk on it with almost no visible limp (Friday).
RICEing it everyday consistently and popping some good ole' Ibuprofen twice a day to decrease inflamation. Also will have it taped profesh to help keep it locked and from rolling it further.
Just wondering if anyone else has been put in this predicament.
The smart thing would be to lay off until it heals. But let's be realistic now.
