Hey NS, I have a slap bet with my friends that I can land a front flip by the end of the year. I figured a small one like a punch front over a knoll would be the easiest to pull off. I can do doubles and shit on the tramp so im super comfortable with them but idk how to set up for them on skis. +k for helpful advice, thanks.
yeah like people have been saying. just make sure you use your legs and skis to pop off of, don't just throw your arms in the motion because you most likely will either not make it around or spin a little with it and eat shit
Fronts over a jump are easier then you would think. I learned mine on about a 30-35 ft step over and it was super low risk. Landed it first try but that probably had to do me trying them on the water ramps first. One thing to remember is not to flip down, flip out. Dive out and superman it if you want, then tuck it in and stomp it. Good luck.
