First off, this should probably be in Gear Talk, but I figured I'd get a better response in here.
Ok, so over the summer, as many people did, I decided to take advantage of the Saga Pre - order. I bought the Darkside pants. That's it, that's all. I got the confirmation email saying that I ordered and all and PayPal said I had been charged for it. So basically, I am set.
Well, November 30th rolls around pretty quickly and I'm excited knowing my Saga is being sent out. December 5th comes around and pretty much from then on I'm anxiously waiting for the package.
Haven't gotten anything to this day. I was bummed, but not too bummed, because I know stuff like this happens alot with ordering over the internet. The problem is that Saga never responds to my emails or phone calls. And they display this on their website -
I have called about 5 times and sent numerous emails. They have not responded to one. I hate to sound like a dick, because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but I really wanna know what's up.
If anyone knows a better way to contact them, please let me know.
