sooo i had a bunch of pairs of headphones too get fixed, along with sending in some cords i bought from other people too get fixed over a month ago, and it has not showed up yet. besides the cords i got from other people, that was $350 worth of headphones i bought with my own money, and im really really really fuckin pissed/upset that they are now gone forever. wtf do i do.

ive sent in broken headphones twice and bot times it took about 1 1/3 months to process and tell you whats going on. i read somewhere that it does take a while to process through their facility. just wait a little longer and it should process through and show that theve gotten it. hope this helps
