Does anyone know a small writing program? i need one i can dowload in ten minutes or less and microsoft word doesnt work on my computer and wordperfect takes 30 minutes, Does anyone know a small free one?

make a google account and use google docs. It's just as good as MS word and is all online/no DL required

My computer came with Microsoft Works.  Check your programs and see if you have that.
