Hestra Vertical Cut Freeride Gloves Persuasive

Alright, so my dad doesn't think that Hestra Vertical Cut Freerides are not worth the money. If I can put together a good persuasive speech he told me he'd buy them. So please list reasons why Hestra Freerides are worth the $155 they are.

they're comfy, warm, and will last you about 5 times as long as any other glove on the market because they're made so ridiculously well. that should just about cover it. seriously though, consider it an investment. buy them now, and you won't need new gloves every year.

Hestra has set the standard for a long time. Freeskiers, racers, patrol; tons of professionals use and love them.

I've had my Hestra mittens for the past three years, and they look brand new. I've got a pair of their gloves that are probably five years old and they're still going strong.

Since getting my Hestra's 3 yrs ago, my fingers have not gotten cold. They are the best gloves Iv'e ever owned, hands down.

first question, how old are you, because personally i would not go spending $155 on gloves if youre just going to grow out of them in a season or two.

i havent personally owned a pair, but from what i have heard/read they make some quality gloves

I do agree that if you're going to grow out of them, you arent going to get your moneys worth.

that being said, they are the warmest, most anatomic, and BY FAR the most durable gloves i have ever worn. If you continue to use the leather balm, they are waterproof and last forever.

This. Hestra makes by far the highest quality gloves and mitts. This will be my third season on the same glove you are looking at- bar far the best fitting, warmest glove I have ever used.

The only reservation I would have is actually on you- are you done growing yet? Because then I see your dad's point. But if you are done growing, you won't need another pair of gloves for a long, long time (especially if you take care of them).

i was about to pick these up in a store yesterday but I went with a different model of hestra. I went with ones that aren't all leather because they'll stay dry easier. I'm in Nj and our snow is wet. But if you're somewhere where it's dryer and you're not growing they'd be great. they felt amazing just wearing them.

I have last year's hestra seth morrison's and the craftsmanship of hestra gloves is beyond all other companies. I used to have swany gloves and the stitching just wouldnt last after a season of being wet then drying over and over. And my hestras came with the hestra leather balm so you can waterproof the gloves. It makes them a ton warmer too. Also hestra's are really low profile so its easy to get the cuff of your jacket over them which helps keep snow out if you fall.

but seriously, you'll have them for 10 years. if you combine the prices of buying new gloves every 2 years they will exceed the price of hestras. whore yourself out on a street corner to buy them if he doesnt agree. its worth it

Hestras are definitely the best, but Scott comes in at a close second, imo. Their gloves and mittens are great and aren't nearly as expensive.

My Hestra's were 7 years old and in like new condition when I sold them for $60 so that I could buy a different color for $60 used.  New pair is also like new condition and several years old.

May I repeat, mine were 7 fucking years old and they were like new.  Quality is insane.
