Ive been looking at taking vitamins such as b12 does anyone takem?

And if you take b12 does it really give u energy or it it all just crap

i take a multivitamin and omega-3 fish oil daily. doesn't make me feel any different but long term it might help with stuff.

negative..we give it to him for his coat and to help his joints hes a huge dog so were trying to prolong his active life
