Volkl Bridge vs. Armarda AR7 - Armarda ARV

i have no experience with any of those skis haha..but i do know some. my friend whos probably 170 lbs has a pair of ARVs and really doesn't like them all that much...they're too noodly, especially in the tips.

if you want to hop on the rocker movement, the new bridges look pretty sick. i played with a pair in my shop the other day, and i really like the flex (stiff) and amount of rocker. they also come in like 187 or something which is good for us tall folk. they look like they'd be really fun for park and slay powder as well.

if you're doing strictly park and a lot of carving off icy jumps and what not, the AR7s would probably be ur best bet. if i were you though, i'd go with the new bridges.
also, consider the liberty hazmats. they'll be somewhere in between the ARVs and the bridges, somewhat stiff, but not rockered. i have a pair and they rip pretty hard. they'll also be cheaper than bridges cause they're not 2011s.

also, if you get the bridges, i would centermount those motherfuckers for maximum butter and playfullness potential. i mounted my hazmats 2.5 cm back from center, and i wish i had gone center.

- I just think that i would spent a whole lot of time in the park this season. So it would a lot easier to throw down a 3 on the AR7 insted of the bridges.

I think the new Bridge may be the best 1-ski quiver I've ever skied. Great in the park, great in crud, stable at speed. Of course I'm a gear whore and don't have a 1 ski quiver, but if I did....

Good choice, they rip on groomers too. I was definitely surprised at how versatile a reverse-cambered ski can be.

Check out the marker griffon or jester schizo .. you can move them on the ski for 6 cm.. so if you place them at the top they are center mounted so its better for the park.. or you can move them back so you have a great pow ski... so at the end you really have an awsome one ski quiver

Thank you that sounds great, i was looking for a Salomon SH 16 but the idea that i can move it whenever i want is of course perfect
