By the looks of it, it does look like a cat trail. I think it was in BC somewhere. I could be wrong. But its fucking amazing none the less.

for anyone looking for a name that is The Hurley Road Gap in the Pemberton backcountry. There's a little article on it in the Winter 2011 issue of Snowboard Canada. Snowboarder Devun Walsh was the first to hit it and Matt Belzile cab (switch backside) 900'd it for Alterna Productions' movie Knockout.
