yeah i know what ur talking about, i have the same problem but not all the time mailnly only when i run

1 Rest that knee
2 Ice that knee
3 Compress the knee using bandage (not too much )
4 Elevate your knee whenever you get the chance.
using these 4 basic rules should help a bunch
you might want to put some Voltaren cream on the area that hurts 3-4 times a day to get rid of the "inflamation" (is that english?) faster.
if it still hurts a lot after a week of doing that, go see the doctor again and tell him to get more test done.
