Not being allowed to sell smoking pieces

Why when someone posts a thread in S/T about like a bowl or bong does it get taken down my mods?
They are legal when your 18 and arent always used for smoking weed... kinda ha.
But what is the reasoning for mods to take it down.
I would love to be able to sell things on here like that. And yes there is a cult for this but the 420 cult admins wont accept me.

you can buy a used bong for less money than a new bong, and as long as its clean, its basically the same not everyone has a "pipe shop" that they can easily get to. op wasn't the one selling it, he is making a thread for another member.

Because if it's been used for something other than tobacco, which there is a 105% chance it has, it is very illegal. For example, here in Utah, paraphernalia sale to a minor is a felony with up to 5 years in jail and a $5,000 fine.

i think it's a reasonable question. i didn't realize that selling clean paraphernalia was illegal anywhere in the united states. for example, here in california there are plenty of shops with huge bongs in their front windows, but i guess it's a right reserved by the state.
