I figured I would try this out because I don't think it's been done before. Lately I've been reading about what seems to be ski companies really caring about their customers.
Post your experiences of when ski companies went above and beyond for you. Maybe they didn't only refund your skis, but they gave you next year's skis in exchange.
I'll start with my experiences with no intent to brag, just to state. I will admit I've been pretty lucky, and I wouldn't go around e-mailing companies just to go get free stuff, or expecting stuff because of what I did or what happened to me.
---Recently Bluehouse Skis tried to ship me a fitted hat and there was an error in the mail. When I e-mailed them, they shipped another one 2-day, with a free t-shirt and mad nice stickers, no questions asked.
---Freeskier Magazine once sent me Skullcandy G.I.'s, along with other small things and stickers, for letting them know how much I like the magazine.
---EC Headwear once had a shipping problem with me, and it was resolved immediately, along with receiving tons of great extras in addition to what I ordered.
---Ninthward Skis sent me a free jacket and tons of stickers and a few movies for ordering their skis straight from them once.
---Powder Magazine once sent me a ton of posters because I told them I was going to college, which I really was.
---When Moment Skis was brand new I let them know what I thought of the company and received a t-shirt.
