put cards in a closed circle
every turn you pick a card and turn it around
rules can be changed but these are some we use regularly.
Ace = Everyone drinks
2= drink yourself
3= give away a drink
4= new rule (ie. no pointing, addressing with surnames, drink with left hand)
^^violations of said rules are punished with a drink
5= Viking
(someone makes viking horns with his indexfingers raised upwards besides his head, person to the left and right of him start rowing the vikingboat (make sure they row on the outside, not on the inside) when everything goes well, the viking can give the viking to someone else by pointing, he and his neighbours must take the viking pose as fast as possible, repeat until someone makes an error, he must drink)
6 = Category
(ie cars, brands of beer, etc. every player says a new element of the chosen category, if he doesn't know a new one or says one that has already been said, he must drink)
7= player starts counting, 1, his neighbour says 2, his neighbour 3, etc...
numbers containing 7 or that are a multiple of 7 should be skipped, if anyone makes a mistake he must drink, watch out after 26, 27 is forbidden and 28 (3x7) as well!!!
8= rhyme, if your good, start rhyming with sentences otherwise just start with a word and everyone must say a rhyming word... (hint: orange, autumn, purple)
9=pose
^^if you draw this card, you must keep it turned upside down under your glass
during the game you secretly slip it out and turn it around, then you take a pose and the last person to spot it and take the same pose must drink (ie. poke your nose, hand in pants, trousers on your knees, kiss your neighbour (<funny if you're sitting next to a girl and others aren't), etc.)
10= quizmaster (person who draws this is quizmaster, don't answer to any of his/her questions or you'll have to drink!)
jack= hands on the table, last person with hands on the table must drink
queen= standing up hands in the air, last person must drink
king= beerking, you are beerking and must drink a sip everytime someone else does..
^^if the 4kings have been drawn, the game restarts ....
Now a funnier game; if you have an old jenga tower, take some of the above rules and write em onto the blocks, then build the tower and have ppl play it; if they draw a block the action/rule described must be executed, if the tower fall they must drink as well :)
