Catching up on Series: Entourage, Californication, ... NEXT?

Going through a series phase right now. In the last month ive done entourage 1-7, calif 1-3 (two totally kick ass shows).

Whats next? Top candidates right now are eastbound and down along with it's always sunny in phily

eastbound and down is really stupid, but its kinda funny for 10 minutes.

curb your enthusiasm is the greatest if you aren't all caught up

DEXTER, watched it this summer.. and its awesome. only 3 seasons.

but,

another super great show, BREAKING BAD. only 3 seasons as well. and its my most preferred show on television. definitely recommend this for its entertainment value, cinematography, and acting.

Comedy: Arrested Development is hands down the funniest series in the history of television. Don't even attempt to question this statement of irrefutable fact. Eastbound and Down is also worth your time, as the second season has defied all odds by being even funnier than the first -- a feat most deemed impossible. Whoever said it was stupid, your opinion is worthless.

Crime/Drama: Dexter.

However, I recommend you do something more valuable with your time. Having spent the better part of one summer a few years back smoking weed and watching TV series out of self-pity and boredom, I can guarantee you will regret not having put your time toward something more fulfilling. Buy an instrument. Or a sketchpad. Or some acid. You'll thank me later.

How I Met Your Mother is great if you like sappy rom-com bullshit. Which I don't. But if you don't mind it, the show is actually pretty damn funny.

Just finished all seasons of Weeds, sick show.

Eastbound and down is pretty funny and there is only like 9 or 10 episodes out so that isnt hard to get caught up in.

Modern family is actually a funny show, theres only 1 season and a couple episodes out so far.

Boardwalk empire, unreal show

Breaking bad is also a sick fucking show

I have to agree with "its always sunny" if you want a good laugh. it's such an awkward show.

the wire if you're into serious shows. it starts a bit slow and confusing but you will get so into it so fast. its amazing. everything about it is amazing.

dexter - i liked the first two seasons the best the third & fourth are kinda weird and i haven't gotten into the 5th yet, but i'll still watch it.

those will keep you occupied for a while :)
