He used to be my hero, i bought an autographed picture of his when he originally retired from the packers. now i despise him, and will continue to until about 10 years after he really retires.

as a retired quarterback, i have so much respect for brett favre. i've turned the ball over many a time, and his ability to look past his miscues, as soon as the next offensive down, is just astonishing. he plays with so much emotion, and there's no doubt in my mind that brett's constant struggle over retirement is dude to sheer love of the game. brett's not in it for the money, i can't think of another quarterback that plays with the same fire and intensity as brett favre. props on an excellent career, with more to come, i hope he does well this season (so he'll fucking quite for realz).

70,000 career passing yards and over 500 touchdown passes begs to call you an idiot. He has more passing yards and touchdown passes than Dan Marino, Peyton Manning, John Elway, and Joe Montana. He is the ONLY man to ever have thrown for that many yards and that many touchdowns.

Although I am a Favre and Packers/Vikings fan I think it is impossible to name a GOAT Quarterback.

How do you pick one when you have these guys to choose from:
-Joe Montana

-Steven Young

-John Elway

-Brett Favre

-Terry Bradshaw

-Petyon Manning (he will be considered when he retires I am sure)

-Tom Brady (same as Manning)


Seriously, how do you fucking choose a "GOAT" Quarterback out of that list. You can't.
