Got a job for someone with photoshop

Just need you to resize this photo to 960x854 and keep the good quality. I would do it but any free online site that I use just kills the quality and it's already going to get shot when I set it as the background to my phone. When i get money in my paypal i'll throw the person who does this a couple bucks.
