I've never actually cried, but have become teary eyed, very sad, and depressed.

An anime movie called, The Grave of the Fireflies.  Holy shit this movie rips out your heart..  The little girl's death is extremely rough to watch.  Her brother giving her a fire burial in a basket....ok I am going to stop thinking about this one.

I saw someone said ladder 49.  I've never seen that movie, but it reminded me of backdraft.  The scene where kurt russell dies in front of his brother in the ambulance.  His bloody eyes remain open as they do cpr, it's pretty damn sad.  Along with the bagpipe funeral down the street.

yea the way they filmed and set that up was so depressing. Fortunately he kills a heap of people so it only got better.

and that clip posted reminded me...it's been awhile since i watched the Right Stuff. I'll have to get on that. One of my favorite movies ever.

i think the only movie thats really gotten me to tear up was the green mile. Though the end of toy story 3...almost got me.

closest ive ever come are persuit of happiness and rudy. But its always the happy part at the end that gets me, not the sad stuff leading up to it. Like the scene in persuit of happiness when he gets the job then is walking down the street clapping and crying and shit.... gaddam

BAND OF BROTHER

The story just pulls you into each of the character's lives and gets you in there with them. When Buck sees his friends laying next to each other after they've been blown to bits I could feel the emotions Buck was going through. Also, the interviews they have are just mind-blowing, its an actual story and we are seeing it all. I cried so hard at the end and after that one episode in the church when they were inside seeing the soldiers that have left them. Its just such a mind-blowing thing. I was in Europe and visited the D-Day site and all the cemeteries and I was going to crew.

If anyones ever been to the American Cemetery in Normandy, you will know what I mean.
