Did you try wiping off the underside of the dvd carefully with a clean t-shirt? Check to see if there is any smudges on there, sometimes a smudge/fingerprint will do that.

quick question, i was reading a week or so ago on poorboyz preorder that you get a tshirt and other shit when you buy the dvd. i went on now to buy it but i dont see that anymore. was that some special deal thats now over? cuz 30 bucks is way easier to spend if i get a shirt with the dvd
