Definitely do not buy from America, that's a stupid idea. You will end up having to pay 20%+ on customs and tax.

sport-conrad.de are a good European based online ski store, check that place out. Got some skis and bindings from them last year and no complaints.

Correct, the price you pay on the site is the final price. No additional tax as it's tax free within the EU.
