thats a beautiful girl in one of them.

that is a gorgeous subject in the fourth picture, and the long exposure for the street shot is superb..top one seemed a bit out of focus, maybe not but the part of the plant looks more blended then it should in my opinion. the shot in the canyon has some gooood potential with some moderate 'post' work to accentuate the curvature/clouds.

i dont think the canyon is fisheye....is it? i think the stressed curvature of the rock makes it appear that way..i might be wrong though, becuase everything else looks proportional including the sky..

i see your logic but part of me want to respectfully disagree. A fisheye doesn't necessarily disorient an image. it can simply create a wider image. i just can't picture a lens that could capture the canyon floor and the clouds

1) Appears to be out of focus, kind of odd framing as well.

2) White poofies are in focus, but all the green out of focus thingies in front are rather distracting.

3) Kind of boring. Whats the purpose of this picture

4) Really like it, good portrait. Maybe dont chop the very top of her head/hair out on the bottom right though next time.

5) Decently composed, rather cliche.

6) Cool landscape. Couldve used some rule of thirds rather than half and half, and a polarizer or little post work to make the sky pop a lilttle more.

7) (skater) See what you were going through here, but the back/toplighting makes it a little weird. His face/body are kind of underexposed. Also dont like how you lopped off his fingers. With better light on the subject and without choppin his hand off couldve been a neat shot

8) Nother nice landscape, again though rule of thirds is your friend, try not to do exactly half sky and half ground. In this case i probably would have done slightly less ground, and in the process taken out the chunk of bush at the bottom. This one too could use a little polarizer/post work to make the sky pop as well.

All around a good set of shots, just keep in mind that rule of thirds, while there are times to break it, its a good rule to know. Also when shooting people/portraits be mindful of your light source(s).

a wide angle lens is probably what you're thinking of. fisheyes generally have a very large amount of distortion.

She's my ex so I have in the passsttt. and thanks. To anyone who thinks it's not fisheye your wrong. The way the canyon is shaped took out the barrel distortion or something. No post work was done

That is my 8mm fisheye. Just how the rocks are shaped make it seem like there's zero distortion

i agree with you on these. for the last landscape i took it using rule of thirds and it didnt have the same feel to it so i chose to use this photo. but overall great critique ill keep workin on it thanks bro
