Has anybody had any experience with these herbs? they work as stress reducers and sleep aids, and i have anxiety problems and was looking for something natural. thanks, +k for real answers

my buddies have drunken kava and it puts them to sleep pretty fast, can also make you kinda drunk feeling ive heard

i haven't had much experience with valerian root other than smoking it, which didn't do a whole lot for me, but if you eat kava kava in pills or a drink or something i find it to be a really relaxing pleasant feeling, and can be somewhat helpful for anxiety, so i'd give it a shot

I drank Kava (probably wasn't very strong) when I was in Fiji a few years ago. Just made my mouth numb and gave me a bit of a body high. If you're having problems sleeping just take a bong rip before bed, guaranteed you will be out like a light.
