Haven't really been on NS for more then 2 minutes at a time lately so I might have missed a thread on this already but I did a quick search and didn't see anything. But anyways, yup its all started. Who's out there doing 3 a days like me? Shit fucking sucks but ya gotta do it.

Gah I can't imagine that.. we had 2 miles to start then 200m relays around the track totalling 2 miles each

oh its straight up sprints. 24 minutes of a death sprint. Oh and there's two hills in the course. You just sprint until the 24 minutes is up.

I remember the good old days. Show up to the 3 hour or more practices sometimes and they didn't even bring out the balls. Just sprint the whole time till people were puking. Then you finished puking grabbed a little wawa and went back to the running. And after the whole thing we had to do a 2 mile lap of everything to close it off. People were so tired they were running into shit. Somebody ran into a pole and got hurt, garbage cans, you know the usual.

and then If you didn't quit you got beastly for running. I felt like cross country was almost easier. We would sometimes just run somewhere and play ultimate then run back and say we ran some ridiculous distance. We ran to my asian friends house once and played ddr  a few times.


Not cool story bro. Just thinking about the olden days, when I could run 10 miles straight without a problem. Now I consider beer pong exercise.

Oh 1 lap is like 1/2 a mile long and I ran 6 laps in 24 minutes. Therefore I ran 3 miles in 24 minutes, an eight minute mile for all three miles.

there's no such thing as sprinting for 24 mins straight. im sorry but that's physically impossible. jogging fast i can see and that would suck balls.

just got back from my first practice. Pretty average practice. Some sprints, some jogging, some agility drills, some shooting drills, some passing drills, etc. Team looks pretty good. Fast and Big.

Windham soccer sucks Joey, and any good soccer player should be running consistent 7 minute or lower miles


PS: Jamie is probably doing more work running XC at York then you are practicing with the JV team, GOHL
