So NSG, what do you put in your cereal?

as you can probably guess, im eating a bowl of cereal right now, and got to thinking, what do the rest of you put in yours? if you put anything? my personal choice is to start with wheaties, add some sugar, toss in raspberries, blueberries, chopped up strawberries, and sliced up bananas.

I dont have time to add different things because I usually consume at least 5 bowls at one sitting. my record is 9 bowls of Special K. That stuff gets me sooooo happy. My bowls are large. I am known for my cereal eating habits.
