#1. i dont think it counted because he didnt finish the lift on his own.

#2. he wore a mouth gaurd so he wouldnt break his teeth or bite of his tongue when he clenched with all that force.

weight lifters exert SO much force through their body that the pressure is too much for them to hold in. In most cases that I've seen, people get gushing bloody noses. Its never happened to me, but I've gotten very light headed before when power lifting.

Especially squatting because the total mass of muscle being used is much more than a bench, and you're heart is pumping extremely quickly/heavily to get fresh blood to the muscles to finish the lift.

You're so dumb, a wider stance decreases the stress on your knees. So long as you track out over your toes.


On another note, Logan's got high blood pressure and it's been a problem for a while. What he thinks happened is he was pushing everything so hard, that as soon as he hit a sticking point he couldn't stop it from coming up. If he had finished the squat, he probably wouldn't have chunked.
