Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Atomic's warranty department? I'm attempting to get a pair of skis warrantied and so far I have messaged them, they requested I send pictures, I sent pictures and now I haven't heard back from them in a couple of weeks. Considering how fast they were to send the first email this is bugging me a bit that they are taking so long.

Plus a few other things like bumps in the base near the tips, edge coming out on the tips, a couple of core shots and some minor delam right underfoot.
