Hey so this is really serious. I am just curious about calories? I am 5'9, 130 pounds, 16 years old and don't do shit all day. I juts had a fantastic 2379 calorie lunch! Is that a lot? a healthy amount? Or to little?
its actually 3500. but 2000 is the recommended amount for children and full grown adults. as a growing boy you obviously need more. and you are an idiot to think you would gain a pound eating 3000 calories a day. hell you burn a sixth of 3000 calorie diet sleeping a full eight hours alone. keep up this ignorance and you'll look like the rest of ns.

don't eat till your gonna shit or puke. only eat when hungry. mow grass for 5 hrs after school, skip dinner, immediate go and play 2 hrs of pick up basketball, eat $5 worth of t-bell. go to bed satisfied.
