China dam throwing off the earths axis

i heard on the news today that china has a dam that weighs so much, it actually offsets the entire planet by three or so inches.
"WHAOO NO WAYZ 3 INCHEZ!?"
three inches is a lot when it comes to moving planets haha.

Im pretty sure mountains formed by earthquakes would throw off the earths axis a whole lot more than a dam.  Dam Chinese.

i call shenanigans. that huge earthquake that hit chile not too long ago set the earth off by like some tiny minuscule amount. to have a dam set off the earth 3 inches is just ridiculous.

there is the wiki of the dam and its environmental issues.  the earth axis shift is something that is already taking place and is a naturally occurring event that happens every every hundred thousand years.  about.  it's tough to explain, but even with the dam built and running, the earth will stop the shift when it finds a point that is preferred.

even if we bulldoze it where is the rock that it was made out of going to go? its not like its going to just evaporate, so the only way to get rid of everest is to blast it into space.

now this doesnt make any sense, because matter cannot be created nor destroyed, so how would something that in essence was already on the planet all of a suddenly offset the world 3 inches?

by moving it to a new location, it would change the angular rotation of the earth. by how much im not sure, but china is using a huge amount of the earths cement in that damn, so it is possible

ever been to LA? the freeway systems there use a fuckin titty load of cement... so i kinda doubt it is that much more, or if it even is more in the dam than all the freeways of america.
