the fit sucks.

"extra long cut" is nonexistent. it's a 20 inch out seam. standard board shorts are 22 inches, long cut indicates around 24. the last pair of board shorts i bought were 25 inches and labeled "long"

also the waist was very snug..

trying to exchange them for the size 32. hopefully i can get in contact with saga soon. if the red name reads this, shoot a PM.

the velcro really isnt supossed to do anything there is it? if that black thing covers the whole fly and there is a rash guard, you are suposed to pee by taking them part way off.

i think that all the velcro has to to is keep em closed when the shorts are tied. which pretty much it doesn't even need velcro. pretty weak feedback on a sweet looking pair of shorts.

I want to trade my Brand new with tags saga Grey Scale boardshorts size 32 for a pair of size 34's, I am 6'4 and the size 32 are a little short on me, I will throw in an extra $10 and some stickers if you order me a pair of size 34 in Grey Scale and I will send you my size 32's with tags, only tried on once. Check feedback i'm legit, I really need these in 34 and contacting Saga is such a hassle because they wont answer my calls or e- mails. PLEASE HELP ME OUT, PM me

but i buy LONG board shorts, like a pair of boardshorts advertised as LONG, like size 30L

last pair of boards shorts i bought were advertised as LONG, like the saga shorts, but they are a good 4 inches longer then my greyscales.

anyone expecting a longer cut, don't expect much

yup i received my tracking friday, but it went directly in my junk box, dont know why. However, they still havent ship anything i think, it says it's only the ''electronic shipping info received''.

Just got my southbeach shorts and i like them. I was suprised about the rash guard i am usually the kind of person who wears boxers under my bathing suit but i guess ill just have to try something new while wearing these.
The only thing that i was not satisfied with in the fly area was the way it tied. The string holds kind of scrunch the fabric up. Also most bathingsuits have that spandex across the opening, you're in the ocean you dont have to open the fly to piss.
The fabric is alright. It isnt the best i have had but then again i have one of the new diamond dobby suits from quiksilver and those are amazing. Some of the stiching is alittle frayed on the embroidering and stiching between the colors.
Overall it's a good suit, its comfertable and it has a nice stretch to it in the water. I also havent rashed from it yet with is the most important thing for me because i spend all day in a bathing suit during the summer. Plus I GOT 2 STICKERS! athough they were only like dime size, they're still sick.

i have quite a few things to say. but i will be civil. just got back from the hospital for an operation, not in a good mood, so if my disposition comes off as harsh, i apologize

after emailing two company email adresses, talking on facebook with an employee, i still haven't figured out how to go about exchanging or, at this point, returning..

also, you are the company, you make it happen. the contact info on your site doesn't work, an email address given to me personally over the phone by your employee doesn't work, and asking for information on how to exchange a product from an employee who contacted me first didn't work.

what am i supposed to do now?

are you telling me that messaging a red name on NS is the best way to contact your company? because that is not what a gathered from the "contact us" section on your website..

having long board shorts isn't like tall tees or a big jacket dude, going to mid shin sucks so much when your actually trying to do something in the water if thats the length your going for. wear a pair of swim jammers or boxers underneath and sag if thats the look your going for, don't complain to saga that they make a fit that appeals to the majority not the minority.

i've been surfing in longer bathing suits all my life. i grew up in agoura hills, california. my entire summers were spent at zuma or up in san simeon

what point are you trying to make?

all i'm saying that is when a board short is advertised as "long" , it implies that they will fit differently [longer] that a regular pair of board shorts.

naturally i will be disappointed, when i expect a "long" cut and receive a normal fitting suit.

Just got my greyscales today and am super stoked. Feels like they were tailor-fitted to me and I'm 6'3 with long legs. Definitely longer than any of my other shorts but not too long, just a little below my kneecap on me. Love the detailing and how the inside is. A+ to saga in my opinion.
