Help With Double Backflip on Trampoline
I need some tips on doing a dub back! I can do back splats (backflip and land on back_) extremely easily. Please help.
this... you just have to stay tucked up for a second longer and bring it to your feet. The first one is super scary, but you'll see the landing come around quicker than you think.

Commit and make sure you don't get over excited and start flipping before you have set a good pop. I did that and smashed my ankle on the edge of the tramp, tearing my atfl.

All double flips are mainly about commitment
You can do it! Commit! Oh and spot your landing after the first flip. Make sure your still in the air
honestly, you'd have to have a lot of air time to spot after the first flip. I know that when I do doubles on the tramp I'm spinning so quick I can just feel where I am in the air and don't need to look until it's time to put the landing gear down. With my dub backs, I just set it and keep looking back, it all happens so fast that I don't really remember what I see when I'm upside down, but as I open up from my second flip I spot my landing then.
Maybe have a friend throw a sofa cushion under you to make you feel better.

Commit and don't open up early no matter what. I fucked my back up opening up right before landing and twisted my back. Be super comfortable upside down.
