jump up and set to spin 720 and if you're spinning to the left then start spinning and then at 180 grab your right heel with your right hand reaching across your body and continue your spin

Start spinning a 7 and drop your leading shoulder back and arch your back a little bit, and that should be it

if spinning left, throw your right arm up and across your body as you kind of carve the tramp, then grab with both hands and look over and down your shoulder until you spot your landing

theoretically to learn cork thats one of the tricks you can try to get the cork motion down. so yes, but dont expect to actually grab it. its only a mindset to set the spin correct

and is a d-spin just a super duper invert cork?

no what im saying is that he said you would cross your body with you right hand to touch your right foot but that doesnt make sense.

If you're spinning left, set a 7 and reach down and around to your left hamstring with your right hand

well just reaching down and touching your heel wont set you off axis, the point of it was to make you go cork

get a 7 down solid then just lean back and drop your shoulder into it little by little and youll get it easy

i just start spinning normal 7 maybe little inverted, then on 360 i get my legs up and thats it. How i can do cork 1080 on tramp anyone? if i start corking right away, i just land on my ass. If i start corking after 360 or so i can do only 900. HJELP!

Start a 360 a little off axis, then after that when you reach your climax in the air dip your right or left shoulder down, depending on which way you are spinning, and finish the last 360.

I learned by doing a 180 stomach drop. Than a 360 back drop and than just taking that same motion to seven. Best way I was ever taught.

practice doing half a misty onto your back. then do the same but do a 180 before it. then just jump a little higher with that same motion.

dood just focus on rising up and into the trick, get like 10 feet up and then just focus on getting your hip and and getting on the axis before spining, once you got that down do like 3 or 4 airplains then just through it a little bit harder and bring it around.(spot your landing)

you are trying to grab your right heel with your right hand, like, basically wrapping your hand the full way around your body. It probably won't happen (hopefully not...) but that's just how you throw it

Easiest way: Draw an X in the middle of the tramp. Do 360 to back drop to 360 to feet. Practise looking at the X while at 180. Then start doing 7s. Then start looking at the X while doing 7s. Boom, cork 7. Easiest way to learn it.

agreed like i learned by simply dropping my right shoulder and grabbing my right foot with my right hand because i spin right and this corks you up real nice
