This comp looks super sick, but there could not be a dumber way to choose a rider. Why not let someone be creative with their entry instead of having to do stock tricks? Also a lot of those tricks were pretty tech and I'm sure are keeping some very sick skiers from putting in entries just because they cant do every single one.

they want to make sure that whoever is chosen is a really quality rider and up to par with the others. its true not everyone can do these tricks but thats the point. you have to be damn good to get in.

True those tricks are really tech, I tihnk it should be maybe get 5 or 6 of the tricks instead of all 9.

No, you don´t have to be able to do each and every one, if you can do 7 out of those 9, you might be the best one applying, just should try to do as many as possible. Also the grabs don´t necessarily have to be the exact same ones."

Alright that seems a lil more reasonable, from that vid on their news article it seemed like you had to do all 9. Still think entries without predetermined tricks would be more fun to watch...

I'm waiting for Giray Dadali's entry. I've seen some of the shots already, and the kid is on a mission. If he gets his entry submitted in time, he has a VERY good shot at winning.

The deadline is March 15th. I don't know if that means that it has to be submitted before the 15th, or if it can be on the 15th. Either way, very soon.

even though i would like to see a german boy attend nine knights i have to admit that his tricks are soo damn smooth and his screamin seaman is the shit.

never seen a screamin seaman in a flat 7 before.

should be interesting to see. So far of all the videos, Markus Eder's, to me at least, was clearly the best. It might just be that his cameraman is so much better than the others, but he just seemed so much smoother than all the others
