this is probably the worst edit ive ever seen in my whole life. ever. get an intro in there. get more than what.. 3 features? move around. change camera angles. do someting. sync up the music to the clips.

go ahead and get into this. 

since you are attuned to all that is video editing you probably noticed that the entire thing was self filmed.  If you pay attention to shadows and lighting, you can see that it was probably filmed over the course of a few hours.  actually he rolled around 35 minutes of footage over about an hour, split between three features.

the over all feel of the edit, as well as the lack of features, gives the idea that it was meant to be a fun little edit.  if you're going to criticize, please give intelligent answers.  actually, i don't even want an answer.  go post whore somewhere else.

ontop of that, the tech of his tricks (white pants purple nomis) were beyond anything that you are capable of.

Wasn't bad the intro was kinda boring just showing them falling... I would try to come up with something a little more creative. Not bad though, changing up the angle will make it better.

my suggestions would be
not every clip needs a transition, it gets a little annoying seeing the same transition after every clip
as always more and creative camera angles would be nice
the intro was kind of cool/funny but maybe a clip or two too long
and the end part seemed out of place
other than that i thought it was pretty good, but could be improved

i thought it was good.      what I would change is only have cilps of them falling if its funny or painful and dont keep on using that blur transiton     but otherwise i liked it

i dont see many edits done with a tripod... if you could leave it at home next time and get some better and crazier angles, they would be sick, and maybe a follow cam.

i agree with this. definetly not the worst edit ive seen lol. the filming was nice on a tripod but there were alot of the same angles. fuck the east coast and its rain, i wanna ski.

as mentioned above maybe get some footage of a few more features. you said that it was shot in a short amount of time so maybe just take a couple runs to do some hotlaps and just film one of the boarders or the skier going through a full run and hitting all of the features in the park, and that shouldnt take that much time to take 3 or 4 laps in the park. also just a small note i personally think that it doesnt look that good when you show a skier or boarder stop right after they hit a feature to hike back up so either have them ride out for a little longer or transition into another clip just a second sooner before you see them stop. overall i thought it was a pretty cool little edit and the skier was actually pretty good
