sooooo easy...all your pressure on your dominate foot/ski wait for the pop it gives you..and rotate around

easier on a lip that is more steep..or some drop off..

what he said! just kick your non dominate foot back, that'll pop up  and pop you forward. if your trying it on a jump, you wanna try and do it before you get to the top of the lip, about 4 inches before.
