shin bang is caused by trying to flex a boot that doesnt flex. a booster strap will prevent you from flexing the boot, which is the opposite of what i want. bending your knees means flexing the boot, i personally dont like feeling like i have leg braces on.

actually booster straps let you keep the tongue of your boot tight on your shin while still letting you flex because its a strong elastic.
