Problems with oakley

i just skied my pair of oakley pants i bought a little while ago, about exactly a year. its maybe my 30th time skiing them. theyre last years yellow tanner hall pants i think, the ones that cost $250, so im pretty pissed. i was just wait in line after my first run and someone tell me i have a giant rip in my pants and the thinsulate is falliing out. what should i do? is their anything oakely can do about it? any way to sew it back?

how long is the warrenty on the pants? it is all dependant about that

if you bought them new you might be able to send them back. I forget what the exact oakley warranty is. But you can always sew them together, or get someone with those kinda skills to help you. If it comes down to it, bring them to a tailor, someone can get it done.

i got them last november or october from the EVO store. i still have the receipt too

It really doesn't matter that much.  As long as it is a manufacturer's defect it is more than likely that they will repair/replace the pants.  Oakley wants their customers happy.
