Its spelt "bumbaclot" and is basically a term for a used tampon. Just thought you should know. Your thread title basically says "Used Tampon!"

It has more than one meaning. It literally means "assrag" or "used tampon", but also replaces "motherfucker" in Jamaican slang. But yeah, its a sick movie. You can stream it off Netflix.

Yeah, I'm aware of what it means...bomba, bumba, etc. means ass, and clot, or clat means cloth. It is also used as either an insult such as 'mother fucker', or an expletive such as 'holy shit''.  Thanks  for spell checking my Jamaican street slang.  Don't have a link, go and buy it.
