their customer service isnt great during the preseason because they're busy with pre-orders and this years outerwear line. Usually though if you try hard you'll be able to get a hold of someone within a day or two, at least I have. hope that answered your question
Here's my experience with them: They have great service once you get a hold of them, which is sometimes difficult. They replied to me within 2-3 days which i though was very good. I split a suit with someone and they offered to send the pants to me and the jacket to him which was awesome.
Yeah they can be slow to respond to e-mails during the pre-sales. A lot of people end up losing patience and start sending a bunch of unnecessary e-mails trying to contact them, which just ends up slowing down the process for everyone. They best way to contact them is to be polite and specific with your e-mail and they will get back to you.
they can be bad, and they can be very good.
my experience with saga was very good. i ordered a suit in april, and i got it in a week. then again, i've heard some horrible stories by other customers. just search around a little, and look at some prior threads on their service.

I am always happy to try and help answer questions, The staff is real small at saga but we want customer service to be on top of what we offer at saga outerwear. I check my email everyday and if you guys have any questions I will be happy to help you out.
i have never had to wait more than a day to get a response to an email and so far they have really hooked me up by going out of the way. ex last april i orderd a scuba 2 jacket in large and turns out it just sold out but the went all the way to finding an unused one from one of the pros and sent it to me. so stoaked to get it.
