what do you guys do on off season training, becasuse my winter is almost over. and i want to train this summer for skiing

well me and my chick were gettin busy at her place when her parents were gone, we were in the basement so she says to go upstairs and get a condom and im naked and i obviously ran to go get it, it was dark as hell too so on my way back downstairs i missed the last 2 steps and fell flat on the ground with an boner, i was so lucky - Lateralis

take up another sport, like wakeboarding,. acutally, sex is one of the best cardio workouts out there. '3 reps daily gave me the new body i was looking for!'

i live in the east and i never got y people spent so much time training for skiing that lived out west, but wehn i went out to whistler i found out. that shit is difficult and ur legs really need to be in shape for that shit

trampolines are probably the best. Just tape up the edges of your ski before you use em so they dont rip the trampoline.

Or make cardboard skis. Real skis on the tramp is not a good idea.

trampoline for sure...or summer rails...anything related to making your lower body stronger....also smoke hella weed, me and my friend spend hella time on the tramp, then smoke a blunt, then spend the night on the tramp outside...its chill

PJ Cliche: Total skate influence. Even doh dis is on concrete, an you are face sideways, an it has sweet fuck all to do with ski, skate 'as play a huge role wit my steeze.

it may sound funny but i took a lifeguarding class for 2 weeks and we swam a 300 every day before we started and now i can hike rails or pipes with ease. i plan on swimming laps all summer and training on diving boards and tramps.

i ride a lot in the summer (mtb) and run quite a bit too to get ready for xc in the fall...anything that builds cardio and leg strength will be good for you...going to a camp has to be one of the better things for you to do if you want to stay specifically directed towards your skiing, it will improve both your fitness and your skills...
