Billabong Jackets?

So I was at my local shop today and saw a large selection of Billabong jackets that looked pretty sick. Seeing as I never really viewed Billabong as a snowsport company I'm a bit hesitant to the durability and functionality. I tried it on and it was comfy, but are they legit?

Bump. Does anybody currently wear, or worn in the past a Billabong Jacket? I'm looking at the "Scotty Lago Sharpshooter" jacket right now.

From what Ive heard, they are very expensive for the lack of waterproofing that they have.

+k for the tip, thanks... I want to know if any NSers have or had a Billabong jacket that they wore to the mountain and got a first-hand experience with. Wondering how it hold up to the cold, the wet, the warmer, etc. etc.

I mostly rock hoodies, but when i ski pow I wear the Billabong Shomen 08 jacket.. It's 10k/10k cost me like 150 bucks and has lasted me two seasons and never had any rips or problems.. sick jacket imho..

THanks, that really helps. +++k to you. I'm paying $185 for the Billabong jacket, but it's worth it to support my shop. I think it will work around here where we really don't have much powder. I can always layer more underneath when it's like -10 F.
