Hello, i have send 4 mails to them and there have passed 1 month now they wont reply and they charged money. Anyone have had the same problem. What should i do? :)

i have ordered from ec before and they are legit although i ordered some hats a couple weeks ago and no sign of em yet but i imagine matty B is swaped with orders right now they are very legit just give it time

I sent an email to all three of those emails, there have passed 1 week they haven't replied. I am from Denmark and there have past soon 4 weeks since they shipped it.

Ive had nothing but trouble with ec headwear. Dont get me wrong their products legit but there service is terrible. I waited 4 months to get one of my orders once

seriously, customers shouldn't be waiting weeks for their product. whether or not your busy with school or whatever it is, get the stuff out to those customers

I hit him back up. Not just in this case, but in many others. If you already were emailed a tracking number for the order there isn't much I can do once it's out of my hands. Obviously once the time has gotten much longer, something could have happened in the mail. So if you already have the tracking number please wait a little, espically if it is out of the country.

Also I have seen a few of these around, and please message me on here before you make a thread. I have had many people make threads before they look into their situation. It has only been 2.5 weeks since the order shipped which is completely possible for an order to go half way across the world, and customs can delay things beyond my control. Literally I have shipped hundreds of order in the past week, and it inevitable that possibly 5 or so order don't make it due to shipping problems. I am truely sorry for the order that don't arrive, but I seriously cannot fix them without the knowledge of it.

For real, I have never had any problems with anything.

Kids need to chill out about some orders, sure there are prolly some that have been a little bit, but if its shipping around the world its going to take some time.

EC must get tonssss of orders and you never get the emails saying "oh man I got my order less than a week, it was sick!" but you will see the maybe 5 orders that get messed up. crazyness.
