Shaun of the Dead is better.

But zombieland was a great movie.  I don't really see the need to compare them, they are both comedies with zombies, but the humor is completely different.

I never saw Adventureland, but the people I went with had and they said it wasn't. Fuck this Shaun of the Dead comparison bullshit. They're both awesome, hilarious movies. Who the fuck cares which one is better? That's not what we're saying. We're saying Zombieland is a hell of a film. Everyone already knows Shaun is a classic. The comparison is unnecessary. I fucking love zombie films, and I fully expected some Hollywood diarrhea that would irreversibly shitstain the genre, and it didn't. It was epic.
