I am trying to get the bad tv effect that was in final cut 4.0.0.

i have final cut express version 4.0.1 and have not found this effect if any one knows any plug ins or ways to get it let me know.

its not in fce 4.0.1 im pretty sure, i know a few people with this version that dont have it... so im trying to find it
