Props to LJ's absolutely fucked-up-nutty-insane Rage films seggy. Unreal shit, definitely some of the loudest cheers of the night.

Seriously though, B-Dogs seg in Refresh is mind blowing, that is not an overstatement. People were literally yelling and screaming at every single trick in the segment. Next level, achieved.

My picks for this year:

Everyday is a Saturday:

+: Dope soundtrack, tight editing, sick footage, progressive tricks, Tudor slays, all around super hot ski porn

-: If I had to pick something, I'd say lack of a "plot"... (Which in all honesty is fine by me for a ski porn flick like this). A bit weak on the big mountain front too.

How We Livin':

+: Nick Martini's segment, tight editing, good variety, lots of talent

-: Some weird soundtrack choices (Walker's segment comes to mind.. almost seemed a bit forced), lack of a plot (Again, not necessarily a bad thing, though Road to Nowhere did much better in this regard).

Refresh:

+: Warren Miller Narration!!! Dope skiing, tight editing

-:

So Far So Hood:

+: Wallisch slays, good skiing and editing

-: The soundtrack was a bit over the top for me; too much repetitive hip hop and banging base... Film didn't quite flow together all that well either.

In Deep:

+: Sean pettit kills it, Shane McConkey tribute, lots of big mountain

-: Almost too much big mountain, not tons of variety
