It's not fake. It was supposed to be an off the record conversation between Obama and a News Caster when some people overheard and posted it on twitter. Later learning that it was an off the record conversation the news station apologized and removed the twitter posts, but it was already too late.

Read it in BBC this morning.

I think it's funny. Just a realistic opinion. People call Obama the devil and evil and other great things, why can't obama call someone a Jackass?... besides, Kanye was a jackass for what he did.
