Youtube Audio Question

So I just put up a video on youtube, and it had a song on it, and it was immediately recognized as copyright and wouldnt let it be viewed.

soooo, how do you get it so that when you watch a video, a bar in the bottom just pops up to say what song it is and then lets the song play with no copyright issues?

file a dispute with youtube, you usually will get the song back. happens to me all the time

say the song name and the artist in the video description
and say all songs were legally bought off of itunes. and to consider it free advertizing.
