What list did you get this off of? Usually the rankings are pretty inconsistent except for HYP being at the top.... usually with Princeton sitting at #1...

Anyone thinking of going to any of these schools? I'm applying as an athlete...

Anybody applying to Princeton.....Do It. I live in Princeton, NJ and the town is a really nice town, and the eating club parties are so sick. Especially lawn parties, they get sick music there, and the eating clubs go off. Eating clubs are like Princeton's frats. Oh and Hoagie Haven is reason enough to go there.

I'd rather go to cornell than any of them though.  Beautiful school.  Teachers seem awesome.  Students are great. Close to skiing.

Terribly subjective.

If you like biz, then Penn and Harvard come out on top.

Medicine, Harvard, Columbia.

Science, I'd say that Harvard, maybe Columbia.

Law, Harvard, Yale, Columbia.

But those are professional schools. I can't really speak for the undergraduate situation, it's about the education, but also about the connections you make.

Just my opinion, of course.

I'm going to be a senior at dartmouth college and love it. We were recently ranked #1 in undergrad ed by US news so thats pretty sweet. Also, we have our own ski hill, are under an hour away from killington and not more than 2 hours from sugarbush, MRG, stowe, smuggs and jay is about 2 hours. Its the tits

Sounds about right- everybody I know who attended really enjoyed it. After visiting one winter weekend I could see why- also helped that they stuck me in the Hanover Inn.

I don't think you could go wrong with any of those. Your education is what you make of it. I'd say pick the school that has the best vibes/town/campus.
